Mahi Mahi from Central and South America (Coryphaena hippurus) - Jack's Catch® Mahi-Mahi portions and fillets are great for a lunch item or as an entrée. It's widely accepted for sandwiches or in pan-seared, broiled, baked and fried dishes. You won't regret using this mild fish.

Grouper from India or Indonesia (Epinephelus) - Jack's Catch® Grouper is a True Grouper as recognized by the FDA. It is a moist and succulent white fish with a low oil content. Grouper has a large, flaky, white texture. It can be prepared in a variety of ways including: baking, grilling, broiling and frying, just to name a few.

  • Skin-off fillets range from 2-4 through 10-12's.

Tilapia from China (Oreochromis Niloticus) - Jack's Catch® Raw Tilapia is white with a firm flaky texture. When cooked, meat becomes opaque and has a sweet mild flavor. Tilapia tastes great broiled, baked, sautéed, grilled, fried or blackened.

  • IQF and IVP packed from 2-3 oz. through 7-9 oz.
  • Deep skinned, Azumi-dai and shallow skin are available.
